During life transitions, stressful events, and times of low self esteem we all need a place to discuss our emotions and thoughts freely, while also learning tools to manage these feelings and hopefully to reduce their frequency. Therapy is challenging but you are not alone in this journey for your health. I treat the therapeutic relationship as a collaborative and joint effort to help improve.
