Dr. Rasha Wahid, Registered Psychotherapist, registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario and College of Registered Psychotherapists. She holds a PhD in mental health and skilled in the treatment of a variety of challenging problems such as depression, anxiety, relationship issues, grief and loss, coping with stress, anger management and trauma. Main area of speciality is Narcissistic abuse, she delivers a structured healing program for people with Narcissistic traits and survivors of Narcissistic abuse. Dr. Rasha takes an integrative and client -centered approach to therapy that is tailored to the client’s personality and needs. While drawing primarily from her expertise in cognitive-behavioral therapy, Dr. Rasha also uses other modern, evidence-based approaches such as dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing (MI), solution focused therapy (SFT) in order to effectively target clients' specific concerns.
