I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Sociology from Queen’s University. I am currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. I offer a compassionate, accepted, empathetic, non-judgemental space when exploring your issues during sessions. I work at your pace in exploring various issues, including depression, anxiety, stress, life transitions, and relationship issues. My therapeutic approach is person-centred and holistic to empower you to reach your goals by focusing on your needs and strengths.
