I've long held to an holistic view of health and wellness, that we are emotional, psychological, physical and spiritual beings. Evidence-based therapies reveal that healing and growth in one part of us helps facilitate healing in other parts, for example, physical exercise improves mental health and wellness. This focus undergirds my lifestyle and practice as a Registered Psychotherapist with C.R.P.O. I completed my undergrad at McMaster University in Kinesiology/Physical Ed with minor focus in Psychology. While working at the University of Guelph in the counselling and athletic deparments, I completed my Master of Divinity in the Counselling Major at Tyndale University and Seminary. After my intership at Family Counselling and Support Services in Guelph, I've worked in a few health and wellness clinics as part of inter-disciplinary teams and in private practice.
