Lisa works with adults, couples, and families. Her experience includes working with individuals suffering from depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, abuse and trauma, grief & loss, post-traumatic stress, and issues of anger management, addictions & substance abuse, stress management, relationship conflict and abuse, and parenting & step-parenting. , Lisa believes that each persons journey in counselling is unique and uses an integrated approach to best assist individuals, couples, and families in reaching their goals for counselling. Lisas theoretical and clinical training is primarily in Emotion-Focused, Psychodynamic, Mindfulness, and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy. Lisas uses a collaborative approach in counselling to foster a trusting, supportive, and empowering environment with her clients.
