I firmly believe that people are not problems to be fixed, but people to be understood. We all have a story that has impacted our journey. I seek to focus on what has happened to us as we work together to find new patterns, coping techniques and skills to help us continue to move forward on our life journey. Every individual who sits down with me is unique, and therefore we work together to create a plan that will best fit that specific individual. Living in a rural community I counsel a wide range of presenting concerns, anxiety, depression, loss and grief, life transitions. I work with youth and children, adults and those processing end of life and reflecting back on their lives. I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the CRPO.
