Wendy has a private counselling practice in Aurora (Elemental Core Healing). Wendy graduated from Western University with her B.A. honours in Kinesiology and Psychology. She went on to attain her Masters in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and is a member of the OACCPP. Wendy is a certified advanced Craniosacral / Somatoemotional release Therapist. She has over ten years as a self-employed therapist utilizing dialogue to understand areas in which clients may need help. Wendys knowledge of the mind - body connection allow her to integrate this into her practice. Wendy uses an eclectic approach with such theories as CBT, SFT, EFT and Narrative. She specializes in Anxiety and Depression related issues. Wendy works with individuals, couples, families and groups. She facilitates several workshops for therapists and clients on many topics.
