Eghbal Tahbaz has doctorate degree in Behavioural Science with the area of specialization in Psychotherapy from School of Psychology (FIT) U.S.A. She has been designated by the International Academy of Behavioural Medicine and Psychotherapy in U.S.A as Diplomat, indicating her high level of clinical expertise in the field of psychotherapy. She is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapist of Ontario (CRPO) and a Certified Member of the OACCPP. She is also registered with OCSWSSW. Her counselling and psychotherapy services are covered by most Extended Health Benefits. She has been in private practice in Canada for more than a quarter century. She is the founder of Prospect Counselling and Psychotherapy in Toronto serving culturally diverse clients since 1987. She offers a full range of therapeutic services to individual, couples and families in the areas of relationship and marital counselling, anger management as well as treating anxiety, depression, infertility and other emotional and behavioural problems. As a former Executive Board member of the Head Injury Association of Toronto, she has also extensive experience working with individuals.
