Christine is a Registered Psychotherapist and Social Worker who is passionate about providing support to individuals facing life transitions. She is particularly passionate about working with adults in the second half of life who are grappling with questions of identity or purpose in life, navigating relationships, career transitions, stress, caregiver burnout, and health related concerns, among other issues. Christine’s practice integrates evidence-based practices with the clients’ own values and goals, working collaboratively to shape the path in therapy towards whole health. Christine completed her Masters in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. Christine is comfortable working with a range of clinical concerns. Her areas of expertise include anxiety, low mood, grief and loss, chronic illness management, caregiver burnout, work place and career challenges and stress management, delivered through the use of modalities like Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal and Integrative therapy, Solutions Focused, and Grief therapy. She is registered in Ontario with the CRPO, and the OCSWSSW. Additionally she is registered as a social worker in Alberta (ACSW).
