Colleen Bingham, RP, Colleen Bingham is a Registered Psychotherapist (CRPO) who has been with Goldstein, Moncion, Greenbaum and Associates since it's founding in 1996. Her educational background includes an BASc and M.Ed. in Counselling from the University of Ottawa and professional training in Cognitive Psychology, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and Biofeedback. In her practice, Colleen works primarily with adults and teens in the areas of depression, anxiety disorders (such as generalized anxiety, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and phobias), stress management (including relaxation techniques and sleep problems), anger management, and assertiveness and self-esteem. Colleen has a special interest in adjustment and life transition issues including parenting, divorce and separation, retirement, and loss and bereavement. Colleen enjoys facilitating groups and is an effective and enthusiastic speaker and workshop organizer. She has worked with schools and school boards, government and local organizations covering topics such as Stress Management.
