I endeavor to support clients in my practice from a strength-based and client-centred approach. I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the CRPO. Outside of my counselling practice, I am also a Professor at St. Lawrence College. I utilize varied modalities, drawing from my 19+ years experience in the Addiction and Mental Health Field. Using an eclectic, and evidence-based approach, we will work together to harmonize your life, creating the balance you deserve. I possess expertise in opioid dependence and substitution therapy, harm reduction, and relapse prevention. I work concurrently with those struggling with mental illness, and substance misuse. I practice from a direct and guiding approach that offers a judgment, guilt, and shame-free environment, simultaneously increasing your sense of self. I also meet the criteria for Clinical Supervision with the CRPO and provide consultation and supervision to other therapists and students alike.
