Naomi Barnes is a Registered Psychotherapist specializing in integrative mind-body treatment. She has expertise in Pain Reprocessing Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and Psychoanalytic Therapy, with a focus on trauma, chronic pain, and neurodiversity-affirming care. As the Founder and Clinical Director of Ontario Therapy, Naomi provides accessible, client-centered mental health support across Ontario. She is committed to supporting neurodiverse individuals and offers sliding scale therapy to marginalized and low-support populations. Her professional development interests include bottom-up and body-based treatments for physical and psychological challenges. Naomi has designed and facilitated psychoeducational workshops and mental health treatment groups, and she provides clinical supervision to qualifying psychotherapists. She holds an MA in Counselling Psychology and is a member of CRPO and OAMHP. Her work in trauma-informed care and neurodiversity-affirming therapy makes her a valued leader in the psychotherapy community.
