My areas of interest include crisis and trauma, managing stress, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, grief and loss, relational dynamics, debriefing painful or traumatic events and more. I offer individual or couple therapy in-person or on-line. I will bring my life experience and training in Life Coaching and Psychotherapy [R.P.(Q) with CRPO] to help you to grow and to reach your goals. Though it may feel hopeless at times and that life will not change, with the help of compassionate counselling that is supportive, focused and encouraging I can help you to find hope for life's difficulties.
