I am a registered psychotherapist (qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) with training in CBT, DBT, Family Systems and emotionally-focussed therapy (EFT). I have also recently completed a 1-year programme in the essentials of psychoanalytic psychotherapy with the TICP and online workshops with Martha Stark MD on an existential-humanistic approach to relentless despair and Nancy McWilliams, PhD on psychodynamic psychotherapy. I have worked in the field of spiritual and psychological health for 20 years including military and prison chaplaincy with individuals and couples from all backgrounds, including religious, spiritual, cultural and gender.
