Welcome to Insight-Psychotherapy. I am a Registered Psychotherapist with a background in Early Childhood Education and have extensive experience in supporting children, youth, and families. I work collaboratively with my clients to ensure clients are fully involved in the therapeutic process of their journey. I have extensive knowledge and experience using a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and have provided a variety of services to children, teens and individuals up to 25 years of age and their families. I specialize in supporting children, youth, and families facing issues related to anxiety, depression, anger, parent-child conflict, differing parenting styles, attachment, grief and loss, bullying, and self-esteem. I recognize that the decision to come for counselling can be a difficult one to make. Counselling can be a great place to start if you are wanting to see changes in your everyday life, relationships, yourself, or if you are just seeking a safe place to talk.
