Job Posting - Advertise your job opportunities through a dedicated email. Your listing will be sent to all OAMHP members, who are mental health professionals across various disciplines.

Office Space Listing – Share available office or therapy space through a dedicated email. Reach OAMHP members interested in sublets, shared offices, or practice-ready spaces.

Submission Guidelines 

• The same content may only be published once per calendar year per organization.

• Submit all materials at least 2 business days before your reserved dates, by 12pm (ET)

• Any discounts or promotions connected to an OAMHP partnership must be pre-approved by OAMHP. General promotions (e.g., early-bird or seasonal pricing) are permitted only if they make no reference to OAMHP, OAMHP members, or member benefits.

Compliance & Non-Endorsement Policies 

• Submissions are subject to OAMHP approval based on legal, social, professional and ethical considerations. OAMHP reserved the right to reject, omit, or cancel any submissions that do not meet these standards.  

• OAMHP adheres to CAN-SPAM guidelines and includes a non-endorsement disclaimer in all submissions.  

• OAMHP is not responsible for claims made in any advertising material and retains final editorial control.  

Cancellations & Refunds  

• You may cancel or reschedule your booking directly through Acuity using the link in your confirmation email, before payment has been made. 

• Once payment is received, no refunds will be issued. However, you can reschedule your approved service to a new date (subject to availability) using the same Acuity link. 

• If you have any issues accessing your confirmation email or rescheduling your appointment, please contact communications@oamhp.ca. 

1. Check availability: Click BOOK A SERVICE below to access available dates for each service type

2. Complete the form: Select the date for your service type, fill in the form, and upload all required content 
   
3. Submission Confirmation: You will be sent an email to confirm your submission has been received

4. Review: OAMHP will review your submission and contact you if further information is required 

5. Approval: You’ll receive an email to confirm approval

6. Publication: You’ll receive a draft to review before it is sent out

7. Payment: Payment details will be collected upon booking. You will be charged upon your confirmation of approval of the service test email.  

Please follow these guidelines when preparing your content:  

1. Add your Cloud Storage Link with your written content and images/logos (Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox, Box, WeTransfer, or similar)  OR 
   Upload your content and images as a Word document (.docx)

2. Include high-resolution images or logos in JPG or PNG format

3. Add Subject Line,100 characters max

4. Content length: Max 2 pages

5. Ensure all links are embedded (hyperlinked) properly
