Compliance & Non-Endorsement Policies:

• Eblasts are subject to OAMHP approval based on legal, social, professional and ethical considerations. OAMHP reserves the right to reject, omit, or cancel any Eblasts that do not meet these standards.
• OAMHP adheres to CAN-SPAM guidelines and includes a non-endorsement disclaimer in all Eblasts.
• OAMHP is not responsible for any claims made in Eblasts.
• Any reference to OAMHP in promotional materials requires prior written approval.

Discounts & Special Offers:

• Offering discounts or benefits in an Eblast to OAMHP members can only be mentioned if prior approval has been received. While appreciated, this suggests a partnership with OAMHP beyond Eblast services.

Scheduling & Reservations:

• Eblasts are sent out Tuesdays and Thursdays (1 Eblast per day), on a first-come, first-served basis.
• To reserve, clients must complete and return the Eblast Services Application Form
• OAMHP does not confirm dates on the Eblast Calendar until all required documents have been submitted and approved.

Content Requirements:

• The same advertisement can only be sent once per calendar year.
• Clients must provide a Subject Line (100 characters max.) relevant to the content.
• A maximum of 2 pages of content is permitted.
• All content should be hyperlinked appropriately.

Edits & Final Approval:

• OAMHP reserves the right to edit for grammar and click-through rate improvement.
• A draft will be emailed to the client for review before publication.
• Final materials must be submitted by 12pm EST, 2 business days before the reserved date.

Eblast $375 +HST

Reach OAMHP members directly through a dedicated email. Share your content and target a larger and engaged audience.

Job Posting $250 +HST

Advertise your job opportunities through a dedicated email. Your listing will be sent to all OAMHP members, who are mental health professionals across various disciplines.

Word Document

• Place all content, images, text, and hyperlinks formatted generally as you wish the Eblast to appear.
• Include separate high-resolution JPG files for each image in the layout.
• Include URLs in square brackets "[ ]" for all hyperlinks.

PDF file

• Build your advertisement as you wish it to appear and submit as a PDF file.
• Include separate high-resolution JPG files for each image in the layout.
• Include URLs in square brackets "[ ]" for all hyperlinks.

JPG file

• Build your advertisement as you wish it to appear and submit as a high-resolution file (72 dpi min.).
• Any additional text you wish to include with the JPG should be separate from JPG file.
• Include URLs in square brackets “[ ]” for all hyperlinks.

Custom Code

• Forward the email containing your advertisement/content.
• Ensure the link to View this email in your browser is active so we can extract the source code through the View Page Source option when we open the email in our browser.
• To facilitate this process, please specify the start and finish line of source code you wish to be copied when you submit your application.

1. Complete the Application Form: Fill out the OAMHP Eblast Application Form and email it to communications@oamhp.ca with your Eblast content and Subject Line. Include your preferred date(s) and at least one alternate in your Message.
2. Email Confirmation: An email will be sent to you to confirm the application was received and is under review.
3. Approval: Your application will be reviewed and upon completion, an email will be sent to you to confirm approval.
4. Payment: Instructions to remit payment will be sent to you when your Eblast is approved.
5. Eblast Preview: You will be sent the Eblast to review once your Eblast is approved.
6. Publication: The Eblast will be scheduled once the OAMHP team has received confirmation it is ready to be scheduled.
