I graduated with a Master of Science in Mental Health Psychology from the University of Liverpool in the UK. I worked in Kenya as a psychotherapist at The Nairobi Hospital, while simultaneously conducting research within the mental health field. I am a co-author of the research study “Mobile Based mhGAP-IG Depression Screening in Kenya”. I have over 4 years of international clinical experience from countries like Kenya, UK & Canada. This experience has also given me immense exposure of how culture or social stratification can affect mental health. Using a non-judgmental and holistic approach, I provide counselling to individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, life transition, immigration, family challenges and career concerns. I can provide counselling in either English, Swahili or Gujarati. Offices are located in Mississauga, Woodstock and London
