I provide a safe and non-judgmental environment in which the use of different art materials and techniques can facilitate personal growth, and encourage the discovery of your unique potential. In order to keep your needs at the center of our work, we will use a collaborative approach to determine your wellness goals and how to meet them. In addition to art therapy, I often integrate emotionally focused therapy, mindfulness and narrative therapy approaches. Client-centered, strength-based, trauma-informed and attachment-focused lenses all help to guide my therapeutic practice.
