Nicole Croft is invested in supporting individuals to experience healing and change, to live authentically in connection with others, and to find peace in their purpose. Nicole seeks to hold space for clients in a way that promotes self-discovery and sustainable change, predicated upon a therapeutic connection. She believes that clients should be the architects of their own lives and given the trust and freedom to be so. Since 2011, Nicole has been providing counselling and psychotherapy to individuals, couples and families across Southern Ontario. She has her Honours Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Neuroscience and Behaviour and is Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). Nicole takes a person-centred and integrative approach to therapy, building upon psychoanalytical theory and rooted in existential analysis, utilizing both somatic and experiential techniques. Nicole brings a unique perspective to a variety of concerns, specializing in the areas of codependence, addiction, anger, anxiety, career related/entrepreneurial/executive stress, parenting, and relationships.
