About

ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS. Are you fighting feelings of anxiety or stress, or have constant worrying thoughts? Have you suffered a (childhood) trauma, lost a loved one, or have been diagnosed with PTSD? I help people to prevail over painful emotions and lingering negative thoughts and images by using a client-centered approach. Are you ready to not let these painful feelings and memories run your life? Are you motivated to put in the hard work and start feeling better, more positive, and more like yourself? In my sessions, I use a combination of different therapies: ACT, CBT, EMDR, narrative and mindfulness therapy. You set the pace, I provide the guidance. My sessions are focused on teaching and practicing coping skills, and delving into deeper, underlying patterns of emotions and behaviors. Reaching out to a therapist can be intimidating and scary. To make sure we are a good fit, we'll start with a free 20 minute phone consultation. We'll chat about the therapy sessions, what you can expect, and I'll answer any questions you have. After this, we'll schedule our first appointment and start your journey from there. CRPO member
