While life can be joyful, it can sometimes be difficult. There may be times when it's useful to seek help outside of your current circle of support by talking with a therapist. As a Registered Psychotherapist I have experience helping couples, families and individuals coping with anxiety, depression, grief, loss, anger management and stress. , My area of research has been working with individuals who are undergoing palliative care or have been diagnosed with a life-threatening illness, along with their partners and families., My approach to therapy is strengths-based, using techniques from Narrative Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, Attachment Theory, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy.
