Whether experiencing life transitions, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma/PTSD, burnout, or caregiver strain, Julie truly cares about her clients. From children to elderly, she tailors her approach to the individual. She is non-judgmental, person-centered and applies a variety of evidence-based psychotherapeutic approaches. Mostly, she teaches clients how to help move positively toward their goals and understand their thoughts and emotions that led them through their journey. Her 20 years of experience as a nurse has grounded her foundational knowledge and helped her to understand that each journey is unique.
