I hold a non-judgemental space, reflecting what may not be obvious to my clients. If we could have cognitively thought our way through our issues we would likely have done it already! Taking note of feelings, sensation and our present-centred perception provides valuable information for change. I am trauma-informed, using Sensorymotor Psychotherapy and Mindfulness to support my clients. It all starts with befriending the self.
