About

I support clients to create the life they desire. To begin this journey - ask what kind of relationship you wish to have with yourself. I hold a non-judgmental space, reflecting to you what may not be obvious. If we could have cognitively thought our way through our issues we would likely have done it already. Making change requires us to experience embodiment: feelings, sensations and our present-centered perceptions provides valuable information to arise. I completed training at the Gestalt Institute of Toronto. I am IFS and trauma-informed and apply Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and Mindfulness to support my clients. It all starts with befriending the self. LGBTQ2 positive.
