About

I analyze a set of your childhood memories/dreams you bring in to figure you out, understand potential root issues, then use EMDR and NLP to architect change. First, we identify personality style and inner-dynamics, then go from there. We consider various angles: nutrition, lifestyle factors and other variables. My work is technical. I deal with the gamut of problems but specialize in working with problems that have been unresponsive to conventional psychotherapy: OCD, Anorexia, etc. Your childhood memories/dreams may be the stuff of reflection but they also potentially reveal personality, strengths and issues. I use NLP, EMDR, Ericksonian techniques, to build resources, perform ego strengthening, enroute to designing your personality in a way that may work better for you. I'm influenced by the work of Carl Jung. With advanced training in Ericksonian psychotherapy/hypnosis and brief therapy, I am strongly influenced by Carl Jung's work, Eastern wisdom/other wisdom traditions. I'm interested in diet/nutrition as they impact mental health. My work has been featured in dailies across Canada, trade magazines across North America and at clinical conferences (CPA included)
