About

I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), as well as a member in good standing with the Ontario Association for Mental Health Professionals (OAMHP). I hold a bachelor's degree with honours in Psychology from the University of Guelph, as well as a master's degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. I have over four years of experience in various mental health fields, primarily working with adults with comorbid mental health concerns as well as individuals of marginalized, vulnerable populations. From a very young age, I know I wanted to help others and advocate for the importance of addressing and treating mental health, just as we do our physical health. A quote which as resonated with me throughout my childhood, studies and careers is "be who you needed when you were younger" — this quote helps serve as an important reminder and guide through my therapeutic relationships.
