About

Having lived in Northern Ontario my entire life, I have a special interest in rural mental health. I completed my undergraduate education at Laurentian University and graduated in 2019 with a B.A. (Hons.) in Psychology with a minor in Criminal Justice. Between 2019-2020 I received some additional training in a private practice (where I am currently working) in clinical and counseling psychology. I then proceeded to additional graduate-level training in 2021 at Laurentian University and am currently on the path to complete my M.A. in Applied Psychology. Having a passion and interest in working within the mental health field, I started working in a private practice (Dr. Michel Lariviere and Associates) in Sudbury, Ontario, since 2016. I am currently supervised by a Psychologist and collaborate regularly with a team of individuals with a breadth of expertise and interests. As such, I currently work in clinical, counseling, and forensic psychology providing services in assessment and counseling. Virtual/In-person avail ** I also have an interest in both teaching and research (google profile: https://scholar.google.com/citations?view_op=list_works&hl=en&authuser=1&user=WEWuiqgAAAAJ)
